[Concert Recap] OnlyOneOf in Amsterdam

It’s the 6th of June in the midst of the afternoon and the lines have already started to form infront of Panama Amsterdam. Tonight OnlyOneOf will be performing organised by Jin.Entertainment and PAV.

We had spoken to some of the fans and they told us they had been nothing more but pleased with how the VVIP+ VVIP and VIP arrangements had been going. Some fans had to go in and out of the venue several times for the VVIP+ VVIP and VIP treatment, yet they never lost their spot in queue

The show was about to start, the crowd was thrilled as they sang along ‘dOpamine’ before the concert even started. The moment the lights went out the music stopped for just a moment as the guys entered the stage OnlyOneOf was ready to steal the show. The sound of cheering screams bounced off every wall from the venue, the crowd was ready!

Kicking off with ‘dOpamine’ the guys were dressed in white clothes from top to bottom, in their flowy outfits with their angelic like shirts the guys gave it their all during the performance. Kyubin started to cheer people on to sing along even louder.

After their first song they lined up for an introduction, the guys each introduced themself in Dutch and thanked the people for coming over to their show. Everything that wasn’t in Dutch was in Korean and with the help of a translator it was read back to the fans. Unfortunately the fans were louder than the volume of the microphone making it hard for some people to hear the translations. It did however depend on where you were standing in the venue. As we noticed it ourselves when we moved a bit more towards the back the translator was way clearer.

Following up with some amazing songs like ‘dOra maar’, ‘gaslighting’ and ‘a sOng Of ice&fire’ The guys never let it show just how hot it was on the stage, well up until the point that it was time to speak again and Junji informed the crowd that he basically melted. But it wasn’t going to stop him and the rest agreed it would only get hotter in here tonight. They mentioned the meet and greet and how lovely it was to meet everyone and at the same time of course apologised that they didn’t have more time with each fan.

The concert was filled with non stop fan interactions, the guys would take turns kneeling down on the stage to make eye contact with some of the fans and sing to them. Pretty sure some fangirl/boy hearts skipped a beat that evening. The whole show itself felt like a concert / fan meeting all together with the amount of time they took to speak to the fans, mentioning that it was their first time in Amsterdam and that they couldn’t wait to come back already.

During their solo performances it showed just how much the members supported one another, whilst one would be singing some of the members would come on stage and act as background dancers. From that point on it was also the moment that the fanservice levels went through the roof, earring many screams from the audience. Some parents that were in the crowd might also have wanted to cover their ears when the guys told the fans to “Tell their parents that they should all be telling them they would be sleeping over at a friends place tonight. The friends place being US”

From ‘skinz’, ‘libidO’, ‘mirage’ to ‘O’ the guys slayed on stage.

That's how they would have named it for sure as they kept inciting that all of us were slaying tonight.

The guys wrapped up the encore with a massive party, bringing in water pistols and waving around pride flags. Showcasing their love and support for the LGBTQ+ after all June had just started, with that we can only say that the evening was an absolute blast. OnlyOneOf did an amazing job on stage and showcased their talents.
