[Concert Recap] TXT in Amsterdam

Happy Happy Happy Fools ♡

It’s the 1st of April.

Fans have gathered outside the Ziggo Dome, exchanging handmade freebies and trinkets. Many have dressed up in white and blue, it feels as if you're standing in a queue surrounded by fairies and princesses.

Once inside, MV's of the group are already playing on the big screens and fans are singing along. The excitement is clear and the second the lights turn off, screams erupt from the crowd. The screens show each of the members arriving on a white horse. Our knights are ready! Stars light up the screens and Tomorrow X Together takes to the stage. Starting off with "Over The Moon".

In black suits, with shimmering details the guys perform flawlessly. With the matching visuals on the screens making it all come together. Finishing up the song with heart shaped confetti popping into the air.

After "Deja Vu (Rock Remix)", the group performs "0X1=LOVESONG (I Know I Love You) feat. Seori" it’s at that moment when the fans really start to sing along. The energy is radiating from the stage. The song is clearly a fan favourite.

TXT takes a moment to catch their breath as they introduce themselves. Thanking their fans for attending their show tonight, expressing how happy they are for so many MOA’s to show up to their first concert in Amsterdam. Some quick banter on the stage about looking so-so it’s time for the next act to start. Kicking it off with "Devil by the Window".

Beomgyu returns to the stage alone, wearing traditional Korean clothing performing a Buchaechum, which is a traditional dance with the use of a fan. Once his solo act is finished the other members follow in traditional clothing. Performing "Sugar Rush Ride" with a traditional instrumental background.

The group perform many of their fan favourites in the following act like "Farewell, Neverland", "Resist (Not Gonna Run Away)", “New Rules” and "LO$ER=LO♡ER" where fans are singing along as loud as they can, it’s clear that the fans are having a great time.

The viral Tiktok moment finally happens as the first few rows are covered in confetti strings. Fans are busy battling themselves out of the strings whilst TXT checks in with the fans sitting on the first and second row. It’s time for a sing along of “Happy Fools”.

With the top of their heads still covered in foam from performing “Anti-Romantic” the guys finish the second act with “Quarter Life”.

A new act comes with a new vibe and a wardrobe change. It’s clear that the third act of the concert only gets the fans more excited as shirts get lifted showing off their well trained bodies. All we can hope is that every parental figure brought a set of earplugs.

It’s when Yeonjun solo starts that the guys have a set change on the stage. Sitting at a desk all holding a cup of Heiniken beer. They cheer together and down their drink just before Yeonjun performs his solo, the energy radiating from him alone is crazy, especially when he jumps down the stage to meet the fans up close.

For Hueningkai a set of drums is rolled out, the talent that each of the members possess is what gives TXT its unique style. The crowd is clapping along with the beat and cheering him on as he performs his drum solo.

After many more songs and the final solo performance by Soobin, TXT took the time to talk to their fans once more. Beomgyu talks about how proud he is about each of the members solo performances whilst he clearly is out of breath. Meanwhile Yeonjun is busy plucking out the pieces of foam from Taehyuns hair, which can only be described as wholesome.

“Magic Island” is their final song for the night.

The group is so in sync, their dedication to their dance is striking.

Even though they said it's the final song for the night, all MOA know that ain’t the case. Cheering them on for more, wanting the group to return to the stage. TXT’s mascotes pop up on the screen, making the crowd do a fan chant by calling each member's names five times.

Ever wondered what it would sound like if 17,000 people bark like a dog?

All you need to do is have the lyrics of TXT’s “Cat & Dog” appear on the screens and MOA will sing along, “I just wanna be your dog, oh oh oh” the fans bark along.

Encore:

The guys return performing “Miracle” and “Heaven”.

Once more the group thanks every MOA for coming to the show, each of the members saying their goodbye’s and thanking the staff. Since today is the final stop of the Europe tour.

Promising to return to Amsterdam on their next tour, but also that they want to add more European countries on the list.

TXT prepared something special in Dutch, saying the following:

Yeonjun: Waar dan ook ter wereld

Beomgyu: Die plek

Soobin: Moa we love you

This time it's the final, final encore.

They clearly don't wanna go home, nor do the fans.

Asking everyone to stand up, MOA once more barks like a dog to finish off the concert.
